The vibrant scene of tapas bars, the unshaken vibes after work, the lively conversations, and the delectable dishes of Barcelona during the summer of 2022 left an urge in me to recreate the magic of tapas culture in the bustling streets of Saigon, where the importance of communal dining has always been cherished.
